A great resource and thanks for all the hard work. I still think a much more consistent, traceable and intelligent manner to define, understand, apply and evolve green competences (skill is one dimension of competence) in terms of their demands and supplies (context aware); of which frameworks are part. AI is a great enabler in this (particularly competency analytics - which we have proved in terms of IFATE occupational standards) as well as a broad, validated range of knowledge sources and enforcing/enabling the knowledge into the datasets. A more knowledge management approach to green activities at work is needed. Hope we can collaborate in 2024.
