I know everybody knows that CO2 concentrations have increased from 300 ppm to 400 ppm over the last years, but since CO2 is such a small part of the atmosphere, does that 33% increase really affect Earth's climate? Changes in humidity result in a greater change in ppm of H2O than that, don't they?
